What is C5?

C5 (Cloud-Connected Call Center Console) is our proprietary cloud-based reservation software, designed specifically for use by the Reservations Sales Associate. C5 takes advantage of cloud technology to provide a stable and scalable reservations platform that integrates with modern CRS and PMS systems. The integration enables C5 to present up-to-the-minute hotel information and room availability to the reservations sales associate, in a specifically curated manner. All this ensures associates are fully knowledgeable about your property and able to confidently assist your prospective guests.
